Today, June 30, 2015 is your last day to submit your Scholarship Request/Renewal Form.
Applications and the necessary supporting documentation must be received in our office by end of business today to ensure timely processing. Our office hours are 8am-5pm. Documents may be dropped off in our office, faxed to 330-836-7274 or emailed to [email protected].
