Eighth graders Joshua Mitchell and Dyamond Myers will represent Emmanuel Christian Academy at the CYO Track and Field Championship on Thursday, May 21, 2015. Both student-athletes will compete in the 100- and 400-meter dash in their respective meets. Mitchell and Myers advanced to the Championship after finishing in the top-four in the first-round of the CYO Championship Tournament, held on May 16 at Independence High School.
Thursday’s Championship meet will be held at Brecksille-Broadview Heights High School (6380 Mill Road – Broadview Hts., OH 44147). The Parade of Athletes begins at 5:40 p.m. and the meet will begin at approximately 6 p.m. The admission gates open at 5 p.m.
